A projectile that allows a foot soldier to fire a magic bow.
Increases the base damage dealt by the magic bow by 6%.
With a probability of 50%, it deals the Bleeding Wound II effect to the enemy.
Can be used once in 6 rounds.

You can get it by completing the Battle Master tasks, buy it at Auction from Squalid Armor, or create it using the Blacksmith profession.
